Diagnosis

Flagellum flattened and stout, flagellomeres short and quadratic; footpads enlarged; malar sulcus missing; thoracic dorsum flat; scutellum transverse, 0.8X as long as wide; mesoscutum and scutellum with engraved reticulation; propodeum with two large anterolateral foveas. Similar to planiceps, differs in not having vertex and upper frons in same plane and in having thoracic dorsum completely flat.
